Horizon RunMap — Technical Documentation and Experimental Evidence
Horizon RunMap integrates selective expert compression, compact GPU execution and full or partial residency in an implemented MoE architecture. On the RTX 5070, one full-residency OLMoE 0924 configuration recorded 61.26 post-first-token decode tokens/s at 5.99 GiB whole-worker peak VRAM (source result). A separate complete 541-prompt IFEval edition publishes its scored responses; the public app completed IFEval on another computer with an RTX 4060.
